At school, at practice, in everyday moments – the message was always the same: “They don’t choose guys like you.” And I believed it. For years. I avoided eye contact. Laughed too quickly. Fumbled every moment of tension. Until one day, I stopped trying to be who I thought I needed to be, and started digging into what actually creates attraction.
Now, after two Master’s degrees, 3,000+ real-world interactions from cold approaches and a decade of coaching men across Europe, I’ve built a system grounded in real-world behavioral science and interpersonal communication.
